Should I take the SAT test in my Junior year or Senior year?

I recommend you take it your junior year, that way if you don't do very well you can retake it. I also recommend you take the ACT. I only scored a 1710 on the SAT, and didn't think I would do much better on the ACT, but I managed to get a 29(equal to a 1980 on the SAT).

Junior that way you can send your college applications and get accepted

Junior year. That way, if you don't like your score you can retake it in senior year.

It depends on why you're taking it. If you're taking it to have scores to submit with college applications, you should take it as many times as you can because most schools let you pull from more than one test. Like if you did really well in reading the first time and you did well in math the second time you can take your reading score from test 1 and your math score from test 2.
