limited company 中的appropriation account是甚麼來的?
當中包括乜野items? 會唔會有proposed dividend?

appropriation a/c講點樣去分配profit, 你計完今年的net profit, 先加上年的retained earnings, 之後減dividend (interm and/or proposed dividend)及transfer to general reserve.
