Difficult to say, there's a lot of manga I never tried just because the cover art never caught my attention. And any that I have read through I try to finish them, got to give them a fair chance. Although I have tried Genshiken and only gotten as far as vol.4, and it doesn't look like I'll be finishing it either.
So I guess I'll name Genshiken as my least.

It started off good, but after a while, the characters got stale, the plot was going nowhere, and it started to feel like filler.
Naruto is overrated, but it still had it's really cool moments until Shippuden started.
