i have a 9 hours lay over in hongkong. arriving hongkong airport 12 midnight. leaving out hongkong 9am.?

1st of all, if u needed to head out fr the immigration... even stopover.... u hv to chk if visa needed. if not, 2nd...u hv to chk if u need to pay 4 the HK airport tax when u back into the immigration. as suppose u r landed to HK rite? so while the time u leave... u hv to pay 4 the departure tax.

so...HK airport is far fr the city. so definately u dun want to go out there. nearby the airport we hv 3 hotels.... maybe u should pick 1 to spend a nite as u hv a kid.

For carrying a child of age 3, staying at the airport will be the best option as you are arriving at 12 midnight. No where safer than the airport and just tell the staff there that you are stranded with no place to go, they will direct you to the nearest transit hotel in Chep Lap Kok.

being that hong kong central is along distance,and especially with a 3 year old it is best to stay at a airport hotel,it willbe worth the rest for your fowarding trip
