My sis had this s was eczema don't itch it it will most probably make it worse i would try seeing a doctor he will give you cream like diprobase or summit. go asap coz i could spreadhope it gets better

Your skinks probably dry and the white spots are dead skin flakes, put lotion on it everyday that works.
