I file my 1099 during the year of 2007 but I realized there are portions of expense I spent during 2007 is eligible to report for itemized deductible but I didn't file it in 2007 tax. Can I file this deductible amounts to my 2008 tax form? Also, my income for this year is lower than 2007, if I can file my expense of 2007 into my 2008 tax form the expense will be double, is that okay for me to do it?

No, you'd have to amend your 2007 return to claim the additional 2007 expenses.

No. Each year stands in its own.

You must amend your 2007 return if you want to include your omitted 2007 expenses.
