維珍內陸機 virgin blue

我上月係virgin blue book 左班係 3月既 sydney -> gold coast 內陸機, 仲 confirm 埋, 收埋我 visa 卡數. 為免有任何變動, 我見所有 hotel 同 domestic flight 都 confirm 哂我, 先再去 book 埋 d tour.

點知 virgin blue 係上個禮拜 send 左個 email 黎, 完全冇講任何理由就話 cancel 左我班機同要調早一班 (係要早成 2個鐘 ), 但因為我之前個 tour 都未完趕唔切佢班機. 見佢 website 又話唔俾 cancel 又話 reschedule 要俾 $$$

但今次完全唔關我事, 冇理由俾佢屈, 就諗住 send 個 email 問佢可否 cancel / reschedule, 點知佢成個禮拜都唔覆我, 真係唔想俾佢屈一筆 (要成千蚊!!!!!)

唔知大家有咩建議?????

P.S. 其實我係佢到 book 左三班機, 佢三班都 reschedule 左我, 其餘兩班因為都係冇 book 到 tour, 唯有 cut 緊 d 行程去就佢. 咁大間公司都可以 cancel 咁多機, 我真係咁唔好彩定佢成日都係咁?????

我就係寫 complaint email 俾佢, 點知佢只係俾左個 ref no. 話會 follow-up, 等左成個星期都冇回應. 之後再 online enquiry 問佢, 成個星期後終於有 reply, 佢竟話我o個個因為係 go fare!, cancel要俾charge, reshedule就俾 AUD$40 upgrade 先得 都唔關我事梗係死都唔俾, 再 send email 俾佢話我唔會俾任何附加費同盡快同我攪好個 reschedule, 到而家成個星期都冇回音. 我想問問你之前係用咩方法成功ga? formal written 即係要寫信 THX!!!

You can complain them by using formal written complain.
I think they only accept written complain.

I had experienced a similar situation... no compensation at all..
