I love to watch Superjail. Many people say it has no point but not many short cartoons do. Alice is my favorite character. Drinky Crow show is alright. I would choose a new Family Guy out of all of them though.

If you are talking about the past then I have three:
Blue Gender = It was drawn out but very realistic, in terms of situations, and emotions. Also one of the most mature Adult Swims.
YuYu Hakusho = It was cool! It mixed DBZ's action with powerful and convincing emotion/friendships.
Eureka Seven = Best romance anime I've ever seen... Sure it was a confusing, but it ALL made sense in the end.
NOW if you are talking about now then:
Bleach = The best anime ever... (no further explanation needed)
