Where should I move to?

Santa cruz, Santa clara, Huntington beach, or San Clemente? I want to start my own skateshop with my friend. We plan on sharing an apartment. I want palm trees and the beach near by. Where's the best housing to job pay ratio and ,if u know, the place with the best school for a business degree so I can starty skate shop. Thanks :)
