can i apply for pernament resident card?

i came to uk 6yrs ago. i am a chinese. my husband is an EU member.
i got visa to stay in this country depended on him.
unfortunately, we separated 3yrs ago. since then i never seen him and i also don't know where is he. i am living with my 3 young daughters. two of them were born in this country. i am applying permanent resident cards for me and my 3kids. but i have been waiting for 2yrs. still not hear anything from home office. is anybody has any idea about the immigration issue. are we allow to apply for pernament resident cards?

you need to get some advice, many towns have a Chinese community...go to one of the leaders and see if they can recommend a legal centre...this should be free...or go to the C.A.B....good luck.

You have a nonimmigrant visa, and it looks like you are "out of status" and over stayed your visa in US.

The nonimmigrant visa aliens are subject to the three-year or ten-year bar, only if they fail to maintain nonimmigrant status AND the immigration official or immigration judge determines that the alien is out of status.

You are an illegal immigrant. You wont get another visa, you should leave the country and return to China. Maybe you can apply again from their.
