I'd have to say Rorona Zoro. I think of this mainly because One Piece is targeted at Boys, and Tsubasa is targeted at Girls (I think). Therefore characters for boys have to be super-unbelievable strong. Now, not to say that Kurogane isn't, it's just that Zoro...acting within the idea that one cannot kill in One Piece...would never kill that character that Kurogane had to, therefore never lose power, and probably would not have had to lose any body parts.Anyway. They are really close. This is just what I think.
