我想問下要最少要幾多volt 同 ampere先可以Ionize 到d oxygen定轉做ozone?
仲有想問下ozone係唔係可以被磁力吸引?

Ozone can be formed to pass oxygen through a 10,000-20,000 volts DC. 3O2-----electricity------2O3Ozone is diamagnetic.
