I think it's indonesian - and someone from Jakarta.Something like,
"I am just returning your call..... [not sure what's in the middle bit, it's about a shirt/skirt].... if you dont reply I will not be waiting for you".
sorry i miss the middle bit, too short and I never live in Jakarta. :p
