No in your case.Usually the bail can be returned regardless if you are guilty or not.
The bail is the condition for you to show up and report.
Since you did give it up, you should not expect that.
It is lucky that the police does not press additional charge.

你單案已經判左無罪,所以你之前d保釋金是可以到該法院拎番. 但最好記得你的案件編號.
