Because they have the best players and a great coach. The fans also count for a lot. So that's why they are all around winners.

they may not be the best but they r definitely the hottest. McNabb looks better, Westbrook may be banged up, but their defense looked pretty good the past few weeks.

the reason why the eagles arent the best and never will be is because of the philadelphia press and fans. everyone thinks no one can beat them and it gets the players egos up so much they think they can beat anybody at anytime and that their the best. but when you have the underdog coming in and no one thinks the better than the eagles thats when the underdogs come out to play.

Why are the EAGLES the BEST team right now... in the NFC? Because they beat the Giants, and the Panthers are out!
Best in the NFL? Psh, Whoever wins the AFC game this Sunday will beat Philadelphia/Arizona.
