'Pericos' is a very nice restaurant. Great food, very interestingly decorated and it's a lot of fun. Back in the day it was the most popular restaurant in Cancun. But that was before there were so many all-inclusive resorts. But if you want great food and a great time then this restaurant is for you. I recommend going for dinner later in the night, around 7-9pm. That's when all the fun happens. A lot of entertainment. It has been my favourite for years.

Oh, and the price range is between 10-40$ per person. Average cost probably around 20-25$ with drinks per person. It's also out of the hotel zone, in 'centro' (central) Cancun, but that's where all the best restaurants are.

But it's definitely a must!

leave the hotel zone, go to El Timon, I am not sure where it is!! Ask someone, I know its by Paseo Cancun, Home Depot, Soriana.... The best sea food EVER and its NOT a tourist place.

I can recommended Hacienda Sisal and Captain's Cove both are popular and excellents restaurants in Cancun, the first is a Mexican cuisine restaurant and second sea food steak and grill.
