Would you know what my name in Chinese is?

I need to know what the Chinese character for my last name would be; my last name being Tang.

I need it because I have to make a stamp of it (we use stamps instead of signatures here) and apparently I can't get anything verified or done with my mothers maiden name.

She doesn't know what Chinese character it was, but she said that it may have been a character that resembled 登.

Any help is welcome, and if no one knows what it is, I'm probably just going to make some character up. Haha.

The pronounciation of "Tang" in Cantonese is 邓.

Your mom was right, she just need to add the right part half of 邓。

Good luck
