if you want to use pure to describe someone, it will be 純潔(traditional chinese) or 纯洁(simple chinese). pronounce "chún jié"

if you wan to describe things like water, it will be 純淨(trad chinese) or 純净(simple chinese). pronounce "chún jìng"

it depends on the context. It can be any of these:
純 = chun = pure, simple, innocent
清 = qing = pure, clear, clean
æ­£ = zheng = pure, honest, righteous
