Stir fry the cooked noodles with a package of stir fry veggies (found in the frozen vegetable section of the grocery store), some soy sauce, and sesame seeds. If you like you can add cooked chopped chicken, pork, or beef.

Make Chinese Cold Noodle. It's different from the chow mein or lo mein and you can make it ahead of time as it's served cold.

Here's a recipe I found that seems pretty good and easy to follow:

Go for the easy and popular LoMein. Buy the noodles and stir fry it with some chicken or beef, add vegetables, soy sauce, etc.

Shanghai Noodles. Definitely the recipe to try. Easy to make. I've tried this dish many times with different variation (veggies versus seafood only versus chicken). Good stuff.

Try finding Baau if you can. They're like steamed dough balls filled with all kinds of stuff. My favourite are the ones filled with bbq pork. They're often served at Dim Sum (brunch).
