L/C條款問題

我收到一份LC，其中一項條款不明白，請教高手們﹕

"Please despatch the original shipping documents to [the issuing bank] by internationally reputed courier service within 48 hours of negotiation."

是否要求我在48小時內速遞提單, 發票及裝箱單去開證銀行? 這些船務文件不是連同其他所需文件一同交到通知銀行嗎？為甚麼要我自己寄去？另外，甚麼是"WITHIN 48 HOURS OF NEGOTIATION"?

disregard? 如果我唔理呢個條款，會唔會構成不符點？

It should be a non-documentary clauses (if it stated in LC Field 47A) and should be disregarded.

謝謝各位。兩位答案都不錯。的確這個條款在Field47A入面，事後我亦多方面查證，包括詢問過銀行，得到的回覆是「如果要買單，才需要覆行這個條款。」

賣方(LC受益人)是不應該直接和開證銀行聯繫的, 因此這個條款是無法達成的, 你應該通知買方, 要求他們在LC上刪除此項.

請將這個條款通知給你公司的銀行, 他們多數都不會同意這個條款.
