You shold watch Hana yori Dango 1 before 2, because it would be hard to understand the plot otherwise, and Hana yori dango 1 is better than 2
the "yankee something" you put is "yankee bokou ni kareu" which i loved as well, i would put that at # 4
I was in japan when code blue and ryussei no kizuna were running but they were not very popular.
