food or foods?

There is lots of food in Hong Kong. 對
I love Chinese food. 對
As food is an uncountatble noun.
But, under one condition, food can be foods.
例: I like Chinese, Japanese & Italian foods.
當分成種類時, 要加 s. Because it became a countable noun.

當我們講同一種類的魚時，fish 的單數和眾數都是 fish 沒有 ‘es’
但當我們講不同的種類的魚時， fish 就會變成 fishes。

例如：
Five fish - 五條魚
Five fishes - 五種類的魚

food包括好多食物, 因為其中有d係數唔到 (uncountable), 一d數唔到既野, 我地係唔會加's'係後面~~~
