I think it should be:

"Which one do you like, pink or blue?"

But I don't think it need to be changed since it is talking about something,
so B is correct^^

Should re-phrase it as:

"Which one do you like, the pink or the blue?"

This is how we say it in every day English, neat and proper.

B is correct.
