Hi,
I want to buy a property in HK, but I don’t have right to borrow money from bank because of I don’t have job in HK. I have only around HKD 800,000. Is there any property for me to choice?
I will come back to Hong Kong at Feb, its quite urgent for me to solve the living problem.
I want to live in HK Island or Kowloon, but not NT. Thanks for concern and help. :)

As you do not have a job at moment, HKD 800,000 was not enough to fully paid a property on HK Island and Kowloon. I suggest you to rent a flat first, then find a job so that you can apply mortgage loan from a bank. If you use HKD700,000 as first 30% deposit and make 70% mortgage loan, you can buy a HKD 2,330,000 property in HK Island or Kowloon.
