Can They Still Be Traded To Battle Revolution?

Ok so i have an Action Replay for DS. I used the PokeModifier code that lets you find any pokemon in the wild. I also useds a code on them that makes them shinies. Are all these pokemon considered hacks? Can they still show up on Battle Revolution and not be bad eggs? Please tell me because im thimking of buying Battle rEvolution and i dont wanna waste my money if the pokemon wont show up.
