1. London 大部分的地方都不危險. It's the same as going anywhere else. Avoid the alleyway and stick to the main streets.
During the week, it will be fine if you get back before midnight. Most places in central London are pretty busy until about 9 to 10.
2. As of money, if you aren't prepared to shop or buy anything in particular. Say you'd spend something like £50 a day with food and transport. With that money, you'd be eating really well in most restaurant. You can be pretty happy with £20 a day really but it depends on where you go and whether they charge you for entry.

3. Not really. People do that all the time. You'd better go on Chelsea FC's website to check if they have a match and whether tickets are available on the internet. It's very difficult to get hold of tickets or it will cost you a fortune.

4. London can be a bit tricky. If you are really lost, go buy a London A-Z (a whole book of maps of the entire London). It shouldn't cost you more than £5. Alternatively, google map all the places you want to go.

Touring the Arsenal stadium will not be a problem. They have tours all the time.
What about the British Museum? It's a msut go and it's free.

The National Gallery? It's free too and it houses some of the most famous painting in the world e.g. Van Gogh's sunflower.
The Parliament/ Big Band? Check on the internet before you head over. Occasionally, you can get inside and listen to a parliamentary session.

St Paul's Cathedral? That's where Prince Charles and Princess Diana got married. It has the second largest Dome in Europe. They have a website and if you visit at the right time, you can even attend one of their short services. They have a few every day.

If you were to go to St Paul, make sure you walk over to the Millennium Bridge. It's the only pedestrian only bridge across the Thames and it's designed by Sir Norman Foster i.e. the same guy who built the HK airport.

What about the London Eye? Ticket are pretty pricy just to warn you that.
Also, the tower of london is a must. It houses all the royal jewellery.
Buckingham Palace of course. Changing of guards is at 11am everyday I think. Check on the internet before you head over.

Last thing and probably the most important. Get an oyster card at the tube station i.e. octopus in HK. You pay three pounds deposit and then you can purchase a day pass everyday. That way you pay the same prize no matter how many bus or tube journey you make.
