(47mmX40mmX43mm) in size noted within the anterior wall of the uterine cavity, its outline is smooth and well defined
Both paraovarian areas are unremarkable.
Urinary bladder is normal in contour and shape.
COMMENT
RETROVERTED UTERUS, WITH AN UTERINE FIBROID
