The defense of decade, where is it ranked when it comes to other great defenses? The Steel Curtain, Parcell Giants of the 80's, etc.
Not just this year, but starting with their Superbowl year (XXXV).
Where do you rank the Ravens defense?

got to be number 1....they have had the 1st or 2nd best defence going on nine years now, an incredible run, and unmatched in NFL history. They never quit, and even when they loose a key player, there is always another of equal talent waiting for his chance. Ed Reed got it right when he said, " here come the Ravens, the team you don't wanna' play "

they have had a bunch of bad years since their superbowl win, so how can you compare them to a steelers defense that won 4 superbowls in a span of 6 years? the ravens won one 7 years ago they are decent, but can not be compared to the steel curtain.

Ravens D has been ranked in the top 2 since the superbowl pretty much and they are way better then the steelers D...Steelers D is over rated!!

the Ravens have come on strong, later in the year
and the Steelers had to do it against the tuffest schedule in about 20 years
Did you want to start with "this decade", or the '80's?????

I think their defense now is better than the one they had in Superbowl XXXV. This is one the best defenses I've ever seen, only inferior to the '76 Steelers (eight pro bowlers from the defense alone which obviously says a lot) and the '85 Bears (Mike Singletary was a beast). Luckily for their sake, the starting QB isn't named Boller or Dilfer.

They suck,
if you look at the stats, the Titans beat them in every aspect of the game accept turnovers, the Ravens got real lucky on Sat, I personally don't think they would have won, if the Refs would of done their job properly, you can't kick a FG from your 25 yard line
