How do you get jiggly puff in super smash brothers brawl?

Last night when playing in brawl mode I got gandorf I already beat subspace embassy. But I heard you can get jiggly puff. How? And are there any others?

Wolf, Jigglypuff and Toon Link can all be found in Subspace Emisary.Wolf can be found in the cave level, a door that wasnt there before. Enter and you will fight him. If you win then you will get him.
Jigglypuff can be found in Skyworld, Same as Wolf
Toon Link can be found in Forest, Same as the Others

You need to win harder and unlock it first.
