What these chinese characters mean?

獲悉 is the closest I am able to get from the Chinese characters.

I only started to learn how to find chinese characters in a dictionary 3 weeks, ago, so don't take this as the correct answer, but they are the closest I could find.

獲悉 is 'huò xī', translated is 'to learn (of something).'

Again, this may not be correct, but hope it helps to finding what it is.

EDIT: From the information I found from the asianinfo.org website the calligraphy painting is from, it says 'The motifs within each character give hints to its significance, thus this style of painting is used for purposes of edification.'.

According to 'wikitionary', edification means education, or informing of.

the word pronounce as fenglou. Feng means wind, lou means attice. the words fenglou means a building where people use to have tea and enjoy scenery as the same time.

Dont should we read from right to left? it is 风楼, windy high building.
