Today, my older sister says she had sex with her boyfriend. She said she didn't use condoms or any safe sex practices. What are her chance of being pregnant and what can I do to help her if she's pregnant?

Emergency contraception is an option for 72hours after she had sex, however is most effective the sooner you take it. It's important however that if she is going to be having regular intercourse that she uses contraception, and "the morning after pill" shouldn't be used as a replacement for condoms or safe sex practices.

I would say the chances are very high if she didn't use any protection. I would tell her to take a test to make sure.

Get her a pregnancy test.

if shes under 18 and still living with your parents you can help her by confronting her parents. you can be there with her to help. buy her some tests and about two or three weeks after she had sex have her take the pregnancy test to see if she is pregnant. also make sure the boyfriend is aware and helping. if she wants to get an abortion have her go to a planned parenthood or something like that. just be with her and don't judge her and if she ends up not being pregnant tell her to get on birth control.

The chances are high, unless her boyfriend knew what he was doing. Even then the chances are still high.
