1. If there is a Airlines, For example: Qantas...want to show that thay really do value workplace diversity...What dose the airlines need to do???


2. The actions of top management - what they say and how they behave - have a major impact on the organisations culture. What action could the airline's management take to show that they are putting people first for organisational success??

Ans: The top management have to be fair to everyone. Same salaries, same workload and some opportunities to get promotion.
