Okay so if you are writing a letter to a government, business or sth like that, you get to have your address as well as the recipient's address.

Step 1: Write your address (Return address of the letter writer)
Step 2: The date of the letter
Step3: Complete name, title and the address of the recipient
Step 4: Salutation with a colon (Dear Ms Titch: )
Step 5: Body of the letter (write your suggestions)
Step 6: Closing (Use "sincerely" or "faithfully" correctly with your name under it)
