This is how you deal with this stuff
first start with the powers ^
then it's divisions and multiplications / *
then it's summations and subtractions + -
if something is in parentheses solve that first
so your question goes like this :
(i assume this is your question: (4^2/6)*(4^3/6) )
4^2=16
16/6=....
4^3=64
64/6=...
16/6*64/6=1024/36

Assume that you mean :-
(4 ² / 6) (4 ³ / 6) = 4^5 / 6 = 1024 / 6 = 512 / 3 = 170 ⅔

4^(2/6) * 4^(3/6)
= 4^(2/6 + 3/6)
= 4^(5/6)

Simplification = 4^5/6

=4^(2/6+3/6)=4^5/6=2^(2*5/6)=2^5/3
