i used to sync music from my old pc
but now i changed to a new one
how do you add the songs from my new computer? without losing my old songs?

You need to turn on the option "Manually manage music and videos" in the old PC that connected with your iPod before connect the iPod to your new PC.

You can try to press and hold Shift+Control in Windows or Command-Option as you connect the iPod to your computer (hold the keys down until the iPod appears in the iTunes Source list)
