想報Part-time degree(computer)

到外國大學攻讀, 學費貴之餘, 又要停止工作, 點解唔考慮下香港公開大學? 可按自己能力安排進度, 又可一邊累積經驗, 邊學邊做, 有唔明可請教阿 sir.
