already 的意思是「以經」，already 通常要用 Present Perfect tense .
just 的意思是 - 「只」「剛剛」不一定和 Present Perfect tense 同用。而 just 可以用在多種不同的情況。
以下是一些例子：
Mary has finished her homework already. 瑪麗已經做完功課。
Mary has just finished her homework. 瑪麗剛剛做完功課。
Mary just want to finish her homework.瑪麗只想完成功課。
May I just have a look of .... 能否讓我看一眼… （含有只看一眼就足夠的意思）
May I try just a little bit of ..... just 含有「就這麼一點點」的意思
