No, usually they get special treatment if people think they are foreigners by appearance.

I have kids that were born here and are being raised here, it has nothing to do with that, it all has to do with who your parents are, since I am a US citizen they will always be as well, even if they live here their whole lives Chinese people will always ask, what country are you from, bc of their skin color

Its depends on how you define Chinese.

As a nation, as a race, a consent or under Dr. Sun Yat San term.

But to answer your question they would had been born a citizen of the P.R. of China but they would not be consider Chinese.

Ignore the first post. He obviously lives in la la land. In what dimension is Chinese not a race?

The citizenship is Chinese. The nationality, or genetic make up will most likely have no Chinese what so ever.

Your question is if that white/black person will be treated like any ohter Chinese citizen in China. Of course not. No matter what society you live in, if you stick out like a sore thumb then you stick out like a sore thumb and will be treated differently. Not unless you somehow prove to the rest that you are like them. And even then, it's only the people he knows that will not treat him differently.

If you need examples, look at our own society and how we treat people who are not white/black and are citizens but live in a predominantly white/black city. And try to see how "equally" they're treated.

Even if you were born and raised in China, you are Chinese on paper yes. But people won't believe it when they see you on the street right.
So when you say "treated" like any other Chinese citizen then no you won't be treated the same as other people in China.

On paper, yes maybe. But if you're talking about if other Chinese will treat them as Chinese, that's difficult to say. Persnoally, in my eyes they're Chinese by nationality but not by blood.

Mind you, i'm not an old-fashioned Chinese native. I'm an overseas Chinese, and although i'm half-Korean, i still consider myself somewhat Chinese. But i think that way because who you are is determined by the blood that flows in your veins, literally, rather than just something that exists on paper.

If the guy is in the big cities, then he/she might be treated the same way if the guy shows any evidence. But if the guy is in the country side, not matter what he/she will be treated like god.

Of course he's Chinese by nationality...with an African or Caucasian blood.BTW... answerer #1 and #2 look like twins, lol

Yes, because the person is born in China, s/he will be considered Chinese and has the right to enjoy all Chinese rules, policies, benefits, etc.

From a legal/government standpoint, the person will be treated just like any other Chinese citizen. However, because of the different in appearance, the general population/society might treat s/he differently. Many yellow-skin Chinese people might be surprised to learn that s/he was born Chinese. Different between nationality (a person's place of birth) and race (a person's heritage background and appearance).

Race-wise, such person would be called "African Chinese" just like how in US, people call themselves "African American" and "Chinese American".

nicely if the black individual is born and raised in china yet his mothers and dads are not technically chinese language he continues to be chinese language whilst you evaluate it is the place he substitute into born and raised. He maximum possibly then recognize the chinese language way of existence and language only like quite a few different chinese language. only because of the fact he does not look like a chinese language individual does no longer mean he's not one. So i assume you're no longer american then because of the fact your mothers and dads maximum possibly come from europe yet substitute into ecu immigrants in the states yet it is going some time past. i'm hoping you spot the place i circulate with this. If he has a chinese language citizen deliver he's chinese language. the colour of your dermis is beside the point. you recognize, you're no longer possibly helping with the stereotype that individuals are dumb and uneducated.
