Food of what to eat and not to eat.?

I'm Trying to Lose Weight, II'm not a Veg person, but I love my fruit, is that bad. Only Veg I like is mostly Lett, Picker, CuC, Potoa, Corn, Green beans, peas, ....

Ms. McDonald... no more big macs! You may like V8 (low sodium) vegetable juice, lettuce, tomatoes, dill pickles, cucumber, green beans, spinach, cabbage, etc. are all good. Easy on the fruit, due to high sugar; grapefruit is good, as are apples and grapes. No potatoes, rice, bread, rolls, bagels, biscuits, pasta, pizza, etc.- low carbs.

make your own vegetable soup! Soup is one of the best thing to eat when on a diet and make it using the vegetables you like: potatoes, corn, peas, etc.

Ie, you can use chicken stock as the base, add vegetables and barley to soup and boil and simmer. Other way is to use turkey stock (just boil turkey thigh and bones in water) and add vegetables. The vegetables I often use: carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, corn, peas, zucchini, celery, onions.

Stay away from bread and cut back on soda/fruit juices. High intake of high fructose corn syrup. No pizza lots of fat.
