percantage increase= (大數減細數 )除 細數
所以就系: (950-800)/800 x 100%
=150/800 x 100%
=150/8%
=75/4%
=18.75%

因為之前果題 2004 大於2005 個數,
所以唔可以話系大數減細數,
或者你可以睇成 系新數減舊數吧..
