I am trying to find what menu item would be equivalent to larger pcs. of the good tender pork strips that comes in the lo mein.

The pork strips that come with pork lo mein... are they the same as the kind of pork that would come with the simple entree called Sliced Pork with snow peas and scallions or totally different.

Most Chinese takeout restaurants deal in bulk for there food and other items. They would not invest in pricier cuts of meat, its easier to just slice the pork in different ways. After they hit with all the ingredients you wouldn't be the wiser to what cut of meat it is.

Yes, they are the same pork, just cut differently.
