我本來renew我個student visa,點知比人rej左,話我個overstaying左2日,話我lei一年唔可以番去英國,但係因為我個時開左學,冇咩點留意個visa,但係now佢地話可以叫我appeal睇下得唔得..
我想知appeal個成功率高唔高?
同埋有d咩要注意? thz

The successful rate is quite low, only if u have genuine reasons/ excuses.I think u can argue why u have overstayed for 2 days. Just think of some really good reasons for ur appeal (Forgetful is not a good excuse) U can try the exam excuse. Remember to gather all the paper evidence in hand before u go for the appeal process.
In ur case, I think the success rate is quite high, since it's only 2 days,not that long.
