If you never been there, you can't apply landing visa in Taiwan
airport.
Landing VISA for HKSAR or BNO passport holder only who must
born in HK.
You better check with Taiwan immigration HK office before you go

sorry cannot. as the 落地簽證 landing visa is only for HKID holder with 3 stars on the ID card plus, together u hv to using HKSAR passport.
and it's only avali. in the Taipei airport.

You can apply Landing Visa in 高雄 airport if your I.D card is showing 3stars, usually it will take 5 to 10mins for the processing and depends on traffic, cost NT200
