1) We should use " Packaging"
2) Damage - 破壞, 沒有眾數. Damages - 眾數, 解賠償.

Trust me !!!!
In case the packaging is found damaged, please replace it.

I would keep it short and simple, and write my sentence in active voice.

Please change the packaging if it is damaged. :)
