the formula for ozone is O3. If one mole of ozone contains x atoms, how many atoms will one mole of oxygen contain?
pls explain and answer step by step

In 1 moles of O3:
No. of moles of O3 molecules = 1 mol
No. of O3 molecules = L
Each O3 molecule contains 3 O atoms.
Therefore, no. of O atoms = 3L = x
Thus, L = x/3

In 1 moles of O2:
No. of moles of O2 molecules = 1 mol
No. of O2 molecules = L
Each O2 molecule contains 2 O atoms.
Therefore, no. of O atoms = 2L = 2(x/3) = 2x/3
