Well, for starters, he's the biggest guy on their team, so naturally he should attract the attention of opponents, especially now that there is so much hype surrounding his name. He might click with Wellwood, his former teammate, who's off to a terrific start with 14 on the year already. He's most likely going to take some of the pressure off Luongo, who before his arrival was seen as the saviour, leader, captain and face of the team. And I'm pretty sure he would've been made mayor shortly thereafter had Sundin not joined the team. He could also score some goals and possibly complete a solid second scoring line.
nobody really knows, he's old, and most of his good hockey is behind him, but he was a longtime captain, he brings experience and leadership, so i guess we will see
without a doubt some leadership and camaraderie. other than that he will help out in the stat columns giving them a solid boost to probably 4th or 5th in the west. they wont go too far in the playoffs with him though. they wont stand a chance VS DET or SJ in a seven game series
