Here are my Maths problems about Ratio and Rate:
1. If a:b:c = 3:2:1, which of the following must be correct?
I. a/3= b/2= 1
II. a=3, b=2, c=1
III. a+b=5

2. Each of the two bottles with the same volume V is filled with a mixture or alcohol and water.
In the first bottle, 7 parts of alcohol is mixed with 3 parts of water.
In the second bottle, x parts of alcohol are mixed with y parts of water.
The mixture in the two bottles are then mixed together to form a new mixture
a)Find the volume of alcohol in the new mixture in terms of x,y and V.
b)Find the volume of water in the new mixture in terms of x,y and V.
