英文enquiry letter

Hi,

For any enquiry letter requesting information, we should be as polite as we can. For example, we always use “could” instead of “can”. We should also try to explain why we need the information so that the receiver can feel your sincerity and understand what you need the information for.

Please note that we are very interested in the English language courses organized by your Summer School and we are planning to send 30 students from Hong Kong to attend the courses.

In order to let the parents and the students to have more information on the courses, we would like to request some information as follows for their reference:

1) Please kindly let us know the average number of students per class.

2) Please advise whether it is possible for us to have more details on the qualifications of the teachers?

3) Would it be possible for us to know the approximate fee per student so that the parents can forecast their budget?
4) It would be very helpful if we can receive any illustrated catalogue for the courses as reference.

Since above information are very important for the parents to make their decision, we greatly appreciate your reply as early as possible.
