just pan fry the noodles with sesame oil and soy sauce. You don't need any vegetables or meat in it, though you can add them in if you want.

If you don't need anything fancy, you can make a tasty-enough sauce using just ordinary pantry ingredients. Take a small bowl or measuring cup and put in about 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Add either 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger or a piece of peeled fresh ginger, about the size of the tip of your thumb, very finely minced. Either way, mix it in very well. Many people add a little sugar, say a half-teaspoon, and you can do that--I just don't like sweet sauces. Then add a few drops of Chinese hot pepper oil OR a pinch of dried red pepper flakes; then add about 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil. Blend well before tossing the sauce with the cooked noodles. If you want, add one or two green onions (washed, thinly sliced), a chopped hard-boiled egg, or both. The only crucial ingredients here are the soy sauce, the ginger, and the sesame oil. Hope it works out for you.
