申請美國或加拿大的PR

首先我想否定閣下所有論點:
1)美加申請都很易, 但也可說難; (很矛盾吧); 說實在, 如對號入座, 兩者都不難; 因兩者人口小, 很需人士, 特別是人才.
2) 兩地都對申請很重視學歷和英語水平, 但對沒有學士學位者, 則一律視為無專長論. (零分) 同樣有名牌學位與非名牌學位是不同計法. 故如沒有學士學位者與無學歷者同.
3) 英語非常好; 是指公開試之英語成績計, 如TOEFL 或IELTS. 其它可能笑笑便算.
4) 加入籍是居留超過1080天 (連續性). 美國是足五年（非連續）. 計法有異. 故很難比較, 其實兩者都很隨便算. 最重要足夠分數.
5) 義工經驗等於零, 所有地方都不承認; 所謂工作經驗, 說清楚和直接些就是看你的收入, 但寫出來, 很難看而已. 你試試申請名牌MBA., 如你說收入小過50萬, 即使你有20年經驗, 並且其它一流; 看看誰會取錄你?
如閣下在美或加讀學士者, 則比較易, 但也要考英語(非英文--故GCE, SCHOOL　ＣＥＲ不計。)

i am feeling sorry to answer your questions..... but hope you get some ideas to understand what you dealingwith.
do you have any family members in Canada or USA? parents or brothers / sisters...? if no, your chance is close to zero lor.

but then you still can apply the empolyment visa.
you education back ground is great, and i have no idea what your majoy in master degree.
the education standard in USA is very high and very common, most mid age people have college eduction in here. " even a street cleaner have college degree " ------ it was a joke long time ago people insult college student in US.
but it may be right. some time, people's school degree and their work is not much related. ( the street cleaning job actually not bad, it paid $32,000 a year up plus full labor benefits. )
also, many people have higher education and experence today had lost job in today economy. it is very hard to find company willing to hide worker from oversea this day.
my best suggestion is you should come to visit Canada and USA, see how the thing works and see if the place is right for you to live.
